Saturday Practicing

Hey guys.

Well, I'm gonna share you the story about my saturday afternoon basketball practicing.

Yeah basketball is a kinda of routinity for me. I practice that funky stuff every Monday, Thursday and Saturday. We usually practice from 3 pm until 6 pm. Monday we practice on Lapangan Manado, Thursday Saturday on Lapangan Bali.

Yesterday, 24th October, I had a practice session. Well before that I have a "BAND 3" technical meeting @ SMAN 3. FYI, beside UBBAS, I join BAND 3 for my extracurriculaire. On that first TM, 9 new members were coming; Me, Faldi, Rey, Rama, Laras, Rara, Mutia, Kanya, and Ghiffari. Our seniors ask us to introduce ourselves. Then our seniors lined up us to our own divisions in the band. I'M THE ONE AND ONLY NEW MEMBER IN DRUMMER DIVISION! WEW... Most of all the new members are guitarist and bassist. LOL. Wish I could pay their trust to me by playing drum the best I can do.

Then after it I text my basketball mate, Tom and asked where was he. And he replied "I'm at the mosque". Then I went to the mosque. FYI, there's a mosque inside my school. You know, its a very cool place bro. I'd love to pray and sit and relaxin there.

It was 1 pm, the basketball session will begin at 2 pm. So me and tom decided to wait and relaxin @ the mosque. I was listening to the mp4 and tried to sleep, Tombayu read a book called "EDENSOR". He said it was a thought full mind and enjoyable books. Well, I haven't read it yet actually :P

But, something happened. It's raining heavily outside.

Yeah we have no idea except stay @ the mosque until the rain's over. Fortunately it just a 45-minute rain. Then after the rain's over, we went to the canteen for having some lunch. Tom ate soto, I ate nasi timbel. After it, we went to Lapangan Bali for the session. Hasnan, Hasna, Fiora and Ine and a few of alums was already there. We changed clothes and the session began!

The coach ain't come in the session so Hasnan & Sony lead the session. First we had a layup practice (righty and lefty) then underring practice, then shooting practice. Then after it , mini game.

There are 15 guys who practiced yesterday, so we were divided into 3 teams, we will play a 5 ball game

Team 1: Tom, Dion, Billy, Randall, Reski
Team 2: Hasnan, Sony, Faiz, Andre, Onal
Team 3: Me, Chandra, Danies, Daldi, Ruly

Team 3 vs Team 2

This is a cool match. Team 3 that led by Chandra opened the match with a layup from Chandra himself. I stole the ball from Andre and I passed the ball a lil bit far to Chandra, he ran and scores. 2-0 for us. Then we increased our lead. Chandra got the ball, given to me and I shot it. It's in! 4-0 for us.

Then Onal nails a layup. 4-2.
Then Hasnan ties the match by his bank shot. 4-4
Team 2 was on fire. Onal made his team lead with his layup. 4-6.
Fortunately, we had Chandra. His layup ties the score. 6-6
Hasnan brought his team back in the lead, again by his bank shot. 6-8.
Daldi made a layup that ties the score for the third time. 8-8.

Last ball, Chandra got the ball, gave it to me, then I passed to Ruly, Ruly to Danies, to Chandra again. And he shoots. We did the last ball clearly and we won the game. 10-8 for us.

Then, Team 3 vs Team 1
It's a winner-stay game. Because of our winning in the last game, so we had to play one more time against other team, Team 1. Chandra's out, he's exhausted I guess, so Togi, another alum, replaced Chandra. FYI, Chandra is an alum too.

We always get the lead in this game. 2 times layup from Togi and my bank-shot made us lead 6-0. Randall scored for his team, 6-2. We keep increasing our lead, Daldi's layup made we lead by 6. Then a couple of minutes later, Togi's shot ends everything. We won 10-2. The game is over.

Wew, what a day...
